"Horrible experience. Ever since it's been down to 1 girl not sure of her name w green hair working. She has no sense of urgency,always going to the back for some kind of break. 3rd time this week trying to get in,this time waiting in car,I see her walk out side door,stretch,get on her phone and take pictures of the sky? Rude when it comes to having to communicate. Not helpful,seems very happy when she dismisses ppl that doesn't have orders in. No number to call to complain which is probably why she carries herself the way she does. Doesn't always post on door that she closes at 10:45-12 til she makes her last appt call. Someone needs to be supervising her. ."
"I have attempted to get labs done 3 times this week with my doctor sending faxes multiple times but every time I go in it's the same "we never received it". Can't call to confirm it being sent because you never talk to a human being. Brought in the order myself today and this time it is "the name of the doctor's office isn't on the order" so can't do it. Even with an appointment you wait for an hour because they only have 1 person working in the whole building. Don't expect to get served as a walk in. I have been using this lab for years due to its proximity to my house but the last year has fallen to pieces. Save your time, don't even come here, go to Interpath Lab"
"My husband waited almost an hour to find out his appt was cancelled for being 5 min late. His name was on the screen as being next and they called the next person below him. When he asked about it the tech rudely informed him that his appt was cancelled and his appt was still on the board as next. We are going to pursue this matter further."
"Went for a scheduled appointment at 4:10. At 4:10 the door was locked and it took ten minutes for someone to come to the door after knocking several times. As a note the number provided for the location is an automated system that doesn't actually allow you to talk to a live human being. So at 4:20 a tech arrives and tells me that she can't let me in because I was late for my check in. When I pointed out I was at the door on time she insisted that she locked the door after taking her last client at 4:10. She told me she has to be off the clock in 10 minutes so she can't do my draw. My issues: 1. If she had been at the door at 4:10 then she would have seen me. 2. If she had come to the door when I knocked the first time she wouldn't have been in a time crunch. 3. Their last appointment is at 4:20 so it shouldn't be an issue either way. 4. They close at 4:30 which anyone who has worked customer service knows that is the time you lock the doors, and not before. Frustratingly, after I left the center, within 3 minutes I got a text saying I should be seated and I'll be seen shortly. Normally, I have compassion for health care workers as I am one myself. But I felt like this woman was manipulating the system to get off work early since appointment times weren't over yet, and she still had time for a single draw. This was my first and last experience at this location. I'll stick to Riverbend from now on."
"While I did have to wait awhile past my appointment, I appreciated the "two", yes ONLY two lab techs who worked diligently to get us all taken care of as quickly as possible. They continually let us know they were doing their best and were sorry for our wait. They continued to remain positive and friendly towards all even though some of the clients weren't very nice to them. They, unfortunately, had some clients who were very difficult draws and took longer. I, for one, appreciate the hard work of these two techs, the positive attitudes and friendly demeanor. You did the best job humanly possible."
