"Went to look around at the shoes with my daughters and got yelled at by an employee because my daughters were laughing in the store. First bad experience I’ve ever had at a goodwill. The employee followed us around for the rest of our visit telling us that she isn’t mean. She is, in fact, best rude and mean. Will not be back to this location"
"Wow. It’s shocking how poorly the workers treat people donating items. I was told that I was donating “too much.” I brought a whole wardrobe of amazing clothes that don’t fit any longer. My recommendation is to find a different non profit to donate to."
"I was verbally rebuked by a staff worker when I went to donate my old belongings. ONE PERSON AT A TIME????? Geez! They seem so unwilling to work and also scolded another person who was there. I'd rather take them to a homeless charity. DO NOT BRING YOUR STUFF HERE. They need to fire all these rude, grumpy staff. That will teach them a good lesson when they are broke and begging for a job."
"Definitely one of the better Goodwill establishments I've been to, about as clean and organized as a typical Ross/TJ Maxx store with the typical prices and used items you'd find at a Goodwill. It's a decent place to find books that are okay quality for very cheap. It's usually not as crowded as other Goodwills."
"I was at this location today to donate things and I asked one of the employees to help me to unload a chair since I had a surgery and couldn’t able to lift it. He had a very bad attitude towards me that you need to unload the chair by yourself When I asked what kind of attitude was that he said my manager asked me to not take the stuff out of people’s car. I understand. That’s Goodwill policy but the attitude like that is not acceptable. They forgot that the doners like me or other people made them to have a job. So be nice to the donors. Without them you wouldn’t have been able to get a job with good benefits nor the CEO could be able to make milions of dollars! Next time I will post my stuff on offerup for free for people who like to take them rather than donating them to GW!"
