"I'm on my third contract in less than 2 years. Their service is ridiculously good and if they don't have an item they try to get it from another store. I've purchased two previously rented items and had no problems with them and one almost brand new item, with the exception of my dryer which was out on loan when I purchased the set so they made sure I had both a washer and dryer that worked for a decent price and got a discount for being patient on delivery. Allen Boulevard Rent-A-Center is a good store with good people"

"I appreciate the leeway they have given me, and they have been understanding. Only things that bothered me, is I got an Xbox one s, which was 299 at Walmart, granted it came with a 20 dollar headset, and 3 months of gold, but they charged me almost 1600, to me that isn't watching out for the customer, that is taking advantage, not sure I would be able to slept if I did that to someone. Plus I was only like 3 days past on a payment, and the showed up at my place for 60 dollars, I really do not like having people at my home, my car company isn't nearly as bad as this company. They keep calling for more, and more money, and I am thinking I pretty much own this thing at this point, crazy"

"The Manager here is terrible. She will give you used furniture that she says is "new" when she admits it was already leased. God forbid you get into an accident and are not able to answer your phone for some time. She will leave threatening voice-mails. Threatening to call the police including other threats. Kimberly is the worst manager I've ever had to deal with. Two accidents and all I ever got from her was threats. If you rent from this location, good luck."
