"We purchased several appliances from Standard when building our house. We went back in January 2024 to replace our microwave. The store was empty of customers, but the store associate could not have been more clear that our need for a microwave was not *high end* enough to be worth his time to help. We ended up leaving after 5 minutes of wandering. We went to Best Buy and Home Depot and received excellent service at both. Evidently if you wanted "standard service" you go to Standard. If you want great service, go elsewhere."

"Update: 2024.. From previous 1 star.. They did end up fixing the dishwasher door and installing it correctly. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! F RATING WITH THE Better Business Bureau!! For good reason... I've been a customer at standard for almost 40 years. I won't be using this company anymore. I have a new Bosch dishwasher that was installed in July. It was not installed properly the top of the door was damaged from the screw that wasn't put in place correctly. Even after purchasing the $209 extended warranty of course that doesn't cover any damage from the installation that was done incorrectly. They're sending somebody out in a couple of weeks to check and make sure that it was installed correctly! Which is really weird because it obviously wasn't. And to add insult to injury they gave us a whole $50 credit! We just paid $1,500 and we already have a permanent scratch on the top of the dishwasher door. I would not recommend using their installation team if you do buy any appliance from them."

"Eugene at Standard TV & Appliance was so helpful - I called about a particular model of dishwasher, and although they did not have it in stock, he offered to order it for me. Even though it will take at least a couple of weeks, Eugene said he’d call me personally to let me know when it would arrive so he could coordinate delivery and installation. I so appreciate the personal service!"

"We've shopped here for appliances twice, and both times were a great experience. No pressure, no hard selling. Our salesperson was great and friendly. He gave us some info, "read the room", and knew when to give us some time to look around and discuss, then check in again in 10-15 minutes later if we had any questions. When we decided on a set, our salesperson gave us a printout of all the items delivered and installed, his card, and a total. Such a great experience, and although we did not buy anything yet, we will for sure be going back when we're ready to buy."

"My experience from the salesperson right down to the delivery was excellent. David Gander was a wonderful salesperson. Walked me through many models until we picked the right one for me. Delivery was scheduled for the very next day, quick and courteous service. The delivery man was absolutely wonderful. Also. Quick installation. Friendly service! I would highly recommend standard TV and appliance to anyone out there who needs appliances!!"
