"Overall, positive experience! I would describe it as friendly, no pressure, and efficient. I went in knowing the product I was looking for and a Best Buy Associate greeted me the moment I walked into the door. They asked me if I was there for something specific or browsing and after informing them I was there for a new Macbook, he checked me in and let me know a Sales Associate would be able to assist me within 10 minutes. Within that time frame, I was approached by a sales associate who answered my questions and ensured the product we were ordering had all the features I was looking for. I appreciated the no-pressure approach and absence of upselling me throughout the exchange. While the product wasn't in store, he set everything up so I can receive it at home in the next few days. And I appreciate that he was kind & patience while I whipped out a few gift cards before the final transaction on my card. If I need some tech in the future, I would definitely return to this Best Buy location!"
"Sales associate had no knowledge of a fitbit. Went in and got great service from the Samsung appliance guy. He was super knowledgeable and even though the store didn't have the model I wanted to look at he pulled it's up on the website."
"This was the worst customer service experience I have ever had and coming from the store manager wow. You should not be a manager if you can not handle a verbal disagreement, customers also still have a right to shop and have a respectful opinion! Was having fair argument about price match and lady has security kick me out over a verbal disagreement nothing serious at all and even though i was still trying to make a purchase. First off she was not wearing a name tag, and had no identification anywhere on her being?? Why are you at work? Refused to write down her name for me cause I literally can’t write and this so I can make a an official complaint against her and then follows me with another store manager who was pointing at me taking to me like a child when I’m trying to talk to the security guard about her foul service. Big thank you to the security guard the only one being nice and understanding about my feelings and what was happening. Should make him manager of that store! So now I’m riding the bus to a father location after already riding the bus to them. I even had my most recent receipt which showed my purchases going over $600 dollars! Now I know why store are getting shut down I don’t wanna go back now either! Please please don’t go here and get treated like I have I’m pretty sure the lady may even be racist I have no idea why she was being so hostile over a discussion about price matching it’s literally your job. And know that they will make them selves feel better by taking away your right to shop over a verbal disagreement over shopping!"
