"The shop was closed up, the lady in the adult store in the lower level helped me in. I was able to get an amazing piece at a killer price. The woman working (didn’t catch her name) was very friendly and took her time with not only me but other customers that came in while I was there. Don't understand why the open sign is on when they are not open tells me to go down stairs all yo he told by a rude Young lady that she can't run both shops at the same time i said that's fine you know about how long maybe before i could finish she said nope! Then pulled the door shut... I've been going here and always enjoyed the place but unfortunately this is not the 1st time the open light is on when clearly they are closed . I understand being understaffed i don't understand poor costumer service i would have waited 20 to 30 min but the happy hit down the street was an amazing find ! ..."
