"Pharmacy deliberately ignores phone calls. I walked in straight to the counter, still on the phone, and it was just ringing, literally watching them ignore my phone calls over and over again. I asked them if their phones were down and they gave me attitude, and were very unprofessional. Customer service is terrible and staff is purposefully negligent."

"I have been a customer for about one year and have always found their pharmacy staff to be patient, pleasant, and efficient, despite how busy I know they are. I have prescriptions here, and have had two rounds of vaccines here, and all has gone well. And now, today, I just had to pick up a prescription for a cat (yes, a cat) and the pharmacist was able to find a coverage option that saved HUNDREDS of dollars. She did not have to take that extra step to do this, but she did, and I am so grateful. Thank you, Rite-Aid staff!!!"
