Holly, Kyler, and another younger woman whose name I did not catch were so professional and patient with us and made sure we got the best deal possible. I had plenty of questions and preferences they answered and gave me great recommendations. Everyone shows great knowledge, passion, and patience in their work even while extremely busy! (I cannot stress this enough!) I actually purchased a cologne that I later exchanged the next day and the whole staff made the exchanging process so much easier, simple, and very welcoming. "Went there the other day and could not believe all the staff was fully masked. I'm not talking about in 2020 or 2021. We are talking about June 2023 every staff member was wearing a mask. I'm sorry that is creepy and off-putting for your staff to hide their faces like that. At this point everyone with half a brain should have realized that did not help anything when they're actually was a pandemic firing through the population, 3 years after these people are ridiculous, it was very off-putting and there is no way I will spend money at a place with employees that look like a lunatics. You lost a sale and the customer indefinitely."
