"Had a horrible experience applying to a job!!!!!!! They think they can take my google review down but no I will speak up for all those people that have had horrible experiences at this company! I applied to a sales position was interviewed by a tall rude lady Samantha Burby. This individual which is the recruiting “director” has no personality , was rude & off putting during the interview process. Has no charisma or charm when interviewing you & is honestly disrespectful and makes you seem less . horrible management! to begin with & Then the hiring manager Star Crane is disrespectful has zero professionalism to people who don’t have experience, and are applying to entry level positions. She doesn’t communicate clearly via email or phone. Doesn’t respond to emails takes weeks to reply . You basically have to hound them. And then when you do hound them they’re extremely disrespectful , rude and completely unprofessional! There are way better companies who value employees and are 10x more professional than this company . Please don’t apply to this company , they need new management 100% . I’m disgusted by the service and the receptionist ladies at the front when you walk always like to gossip about people . Seriously this company is the worst!!"

"Our printer was jamming 30+ times per day, it was extremely frustrating. I placed a request for maintenance support via email, Graccie responded immediately and sent Nami to our office within the same day! Nami was extremely knowledgeable and quick to understand the issue. She ordered the right parts immediately, and came back the following day with the ordered part. When Nami came back the next day, I explained to her that the area our printer was jamming at had moved from the day before - that was no problem for her! Once again, she immediately knew the problem and fixed our printer within 10 minutes of arriving. Please, give Nami a bonus! She was incredibly knowledgeable, very kind, and efficient. Very happy with the customer service of Pacific Office Automation."

"After I posted my previous review in November, my account manager Ethan finally reached out to me and after I hounded him multiple times, he gave me the information that Pacific Office lost one of our previous machines that was supposed to be returned and we paid on this for 5 years! Ethan stated to me the following “ We have been unable to find the other machine and are willing to pay whatever fee Ricoh is requesting to “purchase” the machine. He and our marketing team asked if you would be willing to remove the 1 Star review that you left last week. If we can help get this squared away financially, would you be comfortable removing that review from the BBB?” I told him that I would love to come up with a plan to remedy this situation and yes I'd be willing to update/remove the reviews afterwards. We agreed that to settle the account we would be reimbursed $14,838.25. I reached out on November 30th for an update and was told there would be an answer in the next week. No answer came, I reached out again December 7th, no response. I reached out December 11th, I was told there would be an answer that day. By December 27th, I had still yet to get an answer or update and I reached out again, to get no response. December 28th, I reached out AGAIN, I was told on December 29th that “Yes, we will be paying you back for the bills that you received and continued to pay on over the lease expiration. We should be able to have this processed for you by next Thursday.“ Thursday came and went and I did not get any update. I reached out Jan 8th, of course no response. It is now Jan 9th, I have reached out again, so far, no response. This is the worst treatment myself and my company has ever received from a company. They want me to remove my bad reviews, yet continue to provide horrible service. PLEASE NEVER EVER USE THIS COMPANY!!!"

"My company Advocate Care has been with Pacific Office Automation for over 5 years. Recently we realized our previous machines were never returned from their warehouse from 5 years ago, we have been charged over $27k and continue to be charged almost $500 monthly for machines we have not had in our possession in over 5 years. Ethan Faust is our account manager, I have attempted to get him to give us the shipping details on our previous machines since August, he will completely ignore me and has for over a month at a time. I've reached out to numerous other staff at Pacific Office and they tell me I can only go through Ethan. They even apologize at how horrible he is treating our company yet no one will help us. If I'm given any response it is "ill look into it" then you never hear back. Ive been told countless times he is too busy for us. The only time they are willing to give you the time of day is when they hound you to purchase something, beyond that they are the worst customer service I have ever endured and there needs to be some accountability for completely ignoring your current customers."

"I am a small business and have been renting copiers from POA for 12 years. I am now no longer needing the large copier because I am closing my business and retiring. I have now been told to return the copier I need to return it to a city 160 miles away and it will cost me $500 to $1,000. Be aware. They may be a good company with good customer service while you are renting their equipment but then turn into a rip-off when your contract is over."
