"The hair quality is terrible. I've bought premium hair for years with no problem. Then a few years ago I bought hair that would not take the color.......because it's half synthetic. They don't do returns even if they sold you a product that was fake. I was like ok $700 i lost but i will buy more it was a little better........ again synthetic......it tangles, and color was off....but better than the first batch. I tried one last time, and this time, the hair was kinky ....like ive never had truely kinky hair that was suppose to be straight, after washing it tangled and knotted so bad I couldn't silicone it or bleach bath it and i had to throw them out too. I am done. Save yourself and order online."

"DO NOT BUY HUMAN HAIR WIGS FROM HERE. I waited to leave this review until after I tried more than one product of hair from them. I have since tried two human hair wigs, and each have had the same problem. The human hair wigs I’ve purchased have each became matted after a couple uses. They were supposed to be 100% human, but are matting like they are a human blend. The pictures are of before and after even though I have used deep conditions and leave in conditioners in the hair."

"I was visiting from Florida and had difficulty finding a specific hair gel. I called, and the young lady placed me hold, found it, and then gave me directions to the store. Upon arrival, I also found the cutest warm hat. Awesome customer service!"

"You definitely don’t come here for customer service… “Hey can someone help me with this”… “NO!” Or just walk right by you as you’re clearly waiting at the counter for the merchandise they have behind the counter. When you come to this business expect to feel super uncomfortable during your shopping experience. The looks, the body language, the energy is unwelcoming. If the other Beauty Supply down the street wasn’t worse than this experience I would just go there, unfortunately the other place is worse. I understand working retail is horrible (especially with horrible entitled customers), but there are some NON horrible NON entitled people out there that just want a friendly helpful experience as they shop. (Nothing crazy just a friendly, helpful, comfortable experience for both seller and buyer) I had to leave a review; because after 6 years of coming here, todays experience warranted this review."

"I love this Mid-K because it has such a wide selection. The ladies behind the counters helping people with wig selections were all amazing. Going above and beyond for each customer. The ladies helped me find a wig and ponytail AND THEN helped me find all the sprays and tools I would need to install these things. Loved it! The only downside was I had to wait quite awhile to get the help. Other than that, it was a great experience. I will definitely go back again and would recommend."
