"I work a lot and don’t get a chance to get manicures often, so I was excited to get a little pampered. I got a simple manicure, just classic polish… it was a rushed, messy, and uneven job that she didn’t bother going back and cleaning up or fixing, she also didn’t put top coat on (I know because I was watching her do my nails) but claimed she did and told me they’d be fine and I could leave before they had even fully dried. When I left they were already messy, but within 20 minutes the polish had cracked and smudged more. I just don’t understand how you can do such an obviously poor job and justify charging someone for it."
