"I really wanted to like this place because everyone is so sweet, but with the prices being kind of high it is just not worth it. I never left completely satisfied and always left with cut fingers and cuticles. My cuticles would be so red it hurt to wash my hands for days later. Honestly no need to cut them. When filing my nails she would always slice at least one of my fingers, never fun to deal with. Ive heard the owner is really good, so unless you get her I would find somewhere else."

"Since 2011 I've been getting my nails done by Katelyn and gel pedicures by My at Zen Nails. Yep, 2011! This is the only shop I've ever gone to in Portland because I'm always happy with the end result and enjoy my experience. ( See my photos!) I recommend making an appointment and arriving on time! You will get the best service this way. Even though I haven't lived in St Johns since 2019, I continue to go here because I enjoy visiting with Katelyn and love the way my nails look EVERY time I leave. Highly recommend!!!"

"i had an amazing time here getting a gel manicure!! the nail tech was efficient, attentive, and gave me a gorgeous manicure with a little surprise bit of nail art we negotiated at the end! and it was a great value for the service i received. my dry cuticles in this picture are my own fault… they looked perfect when i left the salon!! i will be back for sure."
