"The team at Nailz Bizzare is so welcoming and everyone does a great job. They’re always accommodating. The salon is clean, the staff is friendly and the selection of colors and styles is great"
"I love it here! Staff feels like family. I can bring my kids in, stop in the same day call and make an appointment they always make it work for me. I get dip nails every time with tips prices are great and the team pays attention to their work!"
"This is my go-to nail salon for the summer. The staff are so lovely, and you can tell that they want your nails to turn out great. They don’t rush the process, which results in some of the best sets I’ve gotten. Both sets were dip without tips (on natural nails) and were $55 without tip. I absolutely love how they turned out, and they generally last me about 3 weeks (my nails grow out fast), but they can last longer if your nails grow out slowly. With the dip on, I still play sports and go about my life, and I don’t have to worry about them breaking. One thing to note is that they took a bit of time on my nails."
"So I've had my nails done at this location two times. I've tried to walk-in 2 additional times and they had "no availability". They say walk-ins welcome but this place is definitely appointment only. During the second time I got my nails done, I asked for a tip with dipping powder. She kept insisting I didn't need a tip, that my nail beds were long enough so she finally decided I didn't need a tip. When my nails were done, they were WAY too short like I had thought, and did not turn out how I wanted. She was very friendly and nice to talk to but, overall I was not happy with the end result. My dipping powder started cracking and chipping the first week. They also charge for your own bag of tools, so if you forget them, you get you charged every time. During getting my nails done a woman and her mother tried to walk-in but they were turned away because they're was "no one available." They're were two workers who were not working on anyone, and there MAYBE 4 customers in the salon. I came back a 3rd time to give them another chance and give them the benefit of the doubt. I was turned away because they were "busy." She insisted I come back in 2 hours but I decided to go somewhere else. The FOURTH time I came here, once again I tried to walk-in without an appointment and AGAIN, the same woman tells me they were "busy". There were TWO customers! One person getting their nails done and one person getting a pedicure. She didn't even give me the option to wait, just tried to shoo me away to "come back later." At this point I am fed up. This nail shop is extremely close to my house and because the 2nd time I got my nails done, the lady was really pleasant to talk to even though she did just an okay job. Do not advertise your business as "walk-in" if every time there is a walk-in you ask "do you have an appointment? well sorry we're busy," when "busy" means 2 customers in the building."
"I have never left a review for a place ever, but here it goes. This is the worst place I have ever had my nails done. I was going to let the quality and incorrect shaping of my nails go, but they ended up charging me MORE than the menu listed for a toe polish change and they also charge you for the UTENSILS used. WHAT? (Why not build that into the price?) Pros: -great color selection (I love the color of mine) -not very busy: easy to walk in (wonder why they weren’t busy) Cons: -SHAPE. I usually never correct a nail tech because they end up fixing most shaping issues on their own, but all of my nails were very noticeably curved to the right. (The photos attached are AFTER they were corrected a great deal.) The tech was very kind, but did not understand what I was showing him about the curve until I flipped them around and showed him from a different angle. his perception was way off and I felt embarrassed having to tell him. Again, he fixed it enough that I wasn’t going to say anything about it. But reading other reviews on acrylic, I see where I should have gone somewhere else. -Overcharged. I ran out of time getting the shape fixed on my nails, that I could only get a polish change on my toes. Not enough time for a full pedicure. The lady asked me how much it cost for me to get my nails done where I lived, and I told her a cost that was much higher than their menu listed….and much like another review mentioned, I was charged more than double for my service. Coincidence? I don’t know. -Charging you for utensils. This is truly “bizarre.” She said it was because they used new nail files on each customer, and I said, “Good! That should be standard, not an extra fee that you add at the end.” All in all, I was in a terrible mood after leaving because I am not one to argue over price and quality, but a good business should be better than this. This is a great place to go if you want simple/ average nails, and don’t care about being overcharged. Do not go for acrylic nails ever."
