It was different paying up front, but I definitely got my monies worth and they didn't have to stress a wasted appointment if I flaked! A month in and I still have mostly solid nails. These are the best gel nails I've had in years. I also did my toes in gel and when I had an issue pop up in the first week they had me come and fix them for free! They've been perfect ever since."
