"Irina was 25 minutes late for our initial appointment, only to tell me she doesn’t do electrolysis on genitalia. This needs to be stated on the website about her specific services so people don’t waste their time driving to an appt, paying for parking, and waiting nearly a half hour. Terrible."

"Sheila is very nice but it's time for her to retire. I'm sure she was amazing at her job at some point but not anymore. She is very slow to move in general and her dexterity is not good at all! The device she uses is very outdated. Every single hair she treated on me grew back in 2 weeks and that's just not how electrolysis works. She didn't hit the follicle correctly and didn't treat the hair correctly. I have been to many different electrolysis clinics in the past and have experience with the procedure so I know the expected results."
