"Saying this company is a SCAM is being kind, they are worse than that. I did purchase 3 pair of shoes from them, thank God they only sent one which was a total JUNK, I called my credit card company and explained what happened, the issue a refund, when I contacted the seller DEERSHOES/BERRY SHOES to get a return address, they never answer"

"These people are Scammers that need to be reported to The Federal Trade Commission. I too ordered shoes that was nothing like I ordered. I'm still after 4 weeks trying to get my money back. If enough of us report them they will be STOPPED!! I ordered the pair on the left side what they had advertised and they sent me those Bo, Bo shoes, plastic from China on the right. I won't Stop until they are closed down. I posted on Facebook everyday warning buyers not to shop here. They had Facebook to take the comments off their page. But Facebook need to know they are using their platform to Scam people."

"It was so hard to find reviews about this shoe company so I figured everything was fine. After a few days I actually became very nervous about this purchase. I have yet to get the boots that I purchased for my boyfriend for his birthday which is this month the 27th, and I still have no tracking number, nor has anyone reached out to me. I knew $100 bucks was too good to be true. I have learned my lesson and I promise you I will continue to pursue this matter. I am about to send this information over to the BBB so this doesn't happen to someone else. They are a total scam. I have a friend that lives there and she's actually going to go and check out the building where they claim the shoes are being hand made. WHAT A SCAM!!! DON'T GET ANYTHING FROM THESE SCAMMERS!! I don't have any pictures to post at this time because I never received anything I paid for"

"Buyer Beware! This place is a scam! Do not be fooled by their website or Facebook page. The shoes delivered are NOT what is pictured in the advertisement or on the website. The shoes are shipped from China, probably by boat because it takes 3+ weeks to receive the order. The quality is extremely poor, nothing like the photo. They do not have a working phone number and do not respond to emails. Total scam!"

"Ordered shoes online from this company. Took about four weeks to ship since apparently they ship direct from china. Cheap, ow quality vinyl shoes which I wanted to return but awful return policy make it almost impossible to return anything."
