"Company is ignoring my repeated attempts to contact them to refund my deposit. I placed a deposit months ago for two facials and set an appointment. That appointment was cancelled by the company on short notice and I was unable to re-schedule as I went out of the country for an extended time shortly after. When I got home, I didn’t have enough time remaining in Portland to fit two facials (needed 6 weeks in between). I’m a travel nurse and am only in town for a short time and they were aware of this when I paid said deposit. I’ve since tried emailing, calling (no one EVER answers) and even responding to their automated texts multiple times to get a refund and have gotten no response. I did however get a call to “schedule my next facial” and when I told her I had actually been trying to contact them for a refund as I no longer live there, she told me she was unable to do that and a manager would call me - that was over a month ago. Shady way of doing business to take advantage of people who you know are no longer in town and can’t come in. Incredibly disappointing."
