"I bought a bit for my sds max hitli Roto Hammer it wouldn’t work in my roto hammer because it was poorly designed and the bit wasn’t the size it was supposed to be/ it might’ve just been a manufacture defect! Then I wasted my whole morning trying to get the bit out of my Roto Hammer because it was stuck in there! Then I brought my drill to hitli they sold me a sds max bit for my roto hammer that works great with no issues and they said there’s nothing wrong with my Roto Hammer. So I went to return the bit to Williams and they told me I couldn’t because I tried to use it and they also tried telling me the bit was fine witch it was not! So I told the sales rep MIKE BOWLS that it didn’t work and I was going to leave a bad review MIKE told me that was fine and nobody would ready it anyways I started reading there reviews online and they have a lot of bad reviews about terrible customer service and that’s also what I experienced! I surely would never recommend this company to anyone! I have also been doing concrete full-time for six years and I am very familiar with Roto Hammer’s and how to use them! Also I have lots of other brands of drillbits other than Hilti and they all work great! So in the end I left my drill bit with them and they wouldn’t return it so I have nothing for $126!! Also the sales rep Mike hung up on me and won’t call me back!"
"Waited a month now for concrete stain remover I ordered and they still didn't have it when they said it would be there a week ago never again!!!"
"They have everything you need for concrete work, but the customer service from the bigger Hispanic gentleman is terrible. Very rude if you don’t already know exactly what you’re going to need."
