"Beware of Albertson's delivery service in Pasco, WA. I was charged for groceries NOT delivered 2 separate times. I've tried to get refunded but to no avail. Not a nice way to treat a disabled, senior citizen who is on a fixed income or anyone, for that matter. I've given them plenty of business over the years. Shame on them. Thieves. Next day ... If you reimburse me the amount taken from me for groceries NOT received, I'll take down the negative review. Sep 23rd = $72.73, Jan 13th = $66.18. I have already gotten on your chat room to try to resolve this and I've talked to various employees at this store."

"I came in to buy a salad from the Deli. I waited 16 minutes to get attended. There was only on person ahead of me. The only employee working the deli was not enough for the line of people waiting. Asked the employee why wasn’t there another employee helping. In a frustrating tone the employee stated, this is Albertsons it’s a wacky job. I really hope this lack of employees issue gets resolved soon. They could lose valuable customers (Been losing)"

"Came for chicken tonight at 5pm, they ran out right as we got to the counter. No big deal, nice gentleman says it will be 20 mins and he'll give us a couple extra pieces for waiting. He goes on break and relays info to lady on his way out. After more than a half hour it is finally ready and the gal tries to help the couple waiting behind us, I let her know we were first (waiting with our daughter). She rudely tells the couple she will be with them next and acts like we are putting her out by making her serve us first. She also refuses to give us the extra chicken the guy had offered for us waiting. Every time I come to this store it is a bad experience, won't be back after this though."

"Got an express meal in the deli, thought I was getting a good deal because I wanted the 11.99 meal but they didn't have pot stickers or egg rolls made, so he offered a second entree in an express meal. I picked sweet and sour chicken, sesame chicken and chow mein. The sweet and sour was ok but the sesame didn't have enough sauce and the chicken was dry, the chow mein didn't taste like chow mein at all, more like fish or fish sauce and some of the noodles were very dry. It was a waste of money."
