"I came in 3/13 a Wednesday afternoon to a busy store and was immediately greeted. The guy that was there was busy with another customer but still acknowledged me and asked what I was looking for. He found what I was looking for (cool gray 11s) but unfortunately they were out of my current budget. I was indecisive and he could see that so he asked me what I was in to and showed me some cheaper options. I left with some red cement 4s, my first pair of 4s and I couldn't be happier. Prices are a bit high here but that's understandable, I'm sure washington square rent isn't cheap plus I would rather support local business so it's worth it to me, thank you!!!"

"Staff was super rude to my 13 year old son and looked at my husband’s shoes with disgust! Not impressed I would spend my money elsewhere!! Won’t be going back! Reply from owner is insane. I never said my son was trying to sell any shoes! He had questions about the process and named a few pair of brand new shoes that have not even been taken out of the box! Far from raggedy!! He didn’t even bring them and was more curious about the resell process.I was upset at how easily he was dismissed and treated and the rudeness of the staff. But based on the owners response I can tell that customer service is not a core value at this store. Again we won’t be back!"
