Reviews of Surfaces Northwest
"Surfaces NW was wonderful to deal with. Their prices were far and away the best I found, and their installers did incredible work! They spent hours ensuring the subfloor was level and free of any imperfections, resulting in a sheet vinyl floor that looks fantastic. Even my contractor asked for their info so he could use them in the future. Highly recommend!!!"
"I am delighted with the engineered wood floor and LVP installed by Surfaces Northwest. From the original consultations with Valerie and Cody, to the pricing, to the final clean-up, there was not one disappointment. The installation crew, Lorenzo, Miguel and Octavio, were wonderful to work with, answered my questions, paid exceptional attention to detail, and cleaned up immaculately!"
"I recently had Surfaces NW install LVP flooring in my home, replacing carpet in some areas and older LVP in others. Cody, my contact there, was great and kept me informed throughout. However, when it comes to the installation itself, I can't help but compare it to my past experiences with other flooring companies. Not only were those previous installations of higher quality, but they were also more cost-effective. Surfaces NW's installation was decent, but it didn't quite meet the standards set by those other companies. One issue that stood out was the omission of replacing quarter rounds and door endcaps during the installation. These components are essential for protecting the floor from water damage near entry ways and bathtubs/showers, and it was surprising that they were overlooked. When I eventually requested these be installed, I noticed another oversight β the lack of silicone sealant on the quarter round near the shower, something my previous installers always included for added protection. Additionally, some of the quarter round felt loose, which raised concerns about potential water seepage. Another concern arose when a loose LVP plank was discovered in one of my office spaces. While Surfaces NW did address the problem, it recurred shortly afterward, suggesting a possible installation issue. Overall, Cody and the sales team were friendly, I couldn't help but feel that the installation quality fell short compared to both my past experiences and more budget-friendly options available in the market. The oversight in replacing essential components and the recurring issue with the LVP plank left room for improvement."
"We had Surfaces NW put new hardwood and tile floors into the house we purchased this year. They had a great selection of flooring options, their prices were cheaper than others we looked at, and they were really easy to work with. There was a scheduling issue on the day they were supposed to start working, we talked to Cody and he had some additional workers put on the job to ensure they still finished in the original time frame. When we are ready to do more projects in the future we will be coming back to Surfaces NW."
"Thank you Surfaces NW. I could not be happier with my new bathroom floor! The installers did a beautiful job with the repairs and tile. It was so stressful to find all the damage and needed repairs but their team made it so easy from beginning to end. I highly recommend this company if you are looking to get new floors!"
