I make scroll saw stuff so the bins full of exotic wood end pieces is a dream come true. No more warping home depot wood! Finally an epic selection of things I never knew existed! "Sadly Zero stars is not an option. Sadly the contractor I used chose this supplier. Unfortunately everything that came from this manufacturer was subpar, inadequate and actually inaccurate per the job. Then talk customer service? HA jokes on you the actual customer. We’re No help. Back to Sadly, they won’t stand and assist the customer, they hide behind the contractor. Truly unfortunate. Beyond frustrating, maddening, unprofessional. Do not waste your time and patience supporting this small business in Salem."

"I ordered a custom made door May 2023. Mind you this door can be made in a couple hours I’ve been told by a few people that work at this company. It’s now July 10 2023 and they were supposed to be delivering the door today @830 am. I had my client’s assistant at her house waiting for the delivery as well as my company waiting for a no show delivery, I had to call after waiting for 40 minutes. After three phone calls that this door would be delivered July 10 @ 830 am I was told the door isn’t ready yet. We are talking about an order that is over 2,000 dollars. I don’t know why this is happening but it’s not professional in any way. I am a licensed contractor who has a professional business to uphold, I do not recommend this company if you have professional work to conduct with your clients."

Stuart is a great no nonsense guy that'll help you as much as he can as far as questions and advice, but if you don't heed his advice, then it's on you Haha, so listen to him! He's pleasant and has a lot of words to give if you ask and love wood. Very very knowledgeable with 50 years of experience under his cap running Woodcrafters."
