"What a disappointment! We paid $148 EACH for 4 basketweave tiles which were supposed to be face mounted to a mesh sheet for installation. When we received the almost $600 worth of tile it was PAPER MOUNTED ON THE BACK. The moment it was placed on a wet saw--THE PAPER FELL APART from the moisture sending the individual pieces scattering!! Their solution was for us to remove the tile from the paper and mount them individually. There are 132 individual pieces on each 12 X 12 sheet. We have 4 sheets. That's a total of 528 small pieces. No installer will do this kind of work. We were misled as to the type of product we were buying and would have never made the purchase had we been told it was mounted on paper. Now we are stuck with $600 of worthless tile that cannot be installed! Steer clear of this outfit!!"
