Not expecting to hear back for several days well low in be hold Phil Biggs calls me within 10 minutes and was able answer all my question with great care. Phil proceeded to follow up with an E mail with a step by step method of care and flyer with photos showing the steps of care along with verbiage. I knew when I went to the Portland web site and in reading about the folks they had lost do to retirement and other reasons they really care about their employees and those they serve. Can not say enough about the Professional they bring to their store!"
