"Terrible terrible service. I went there because Thomson Tile outlet (just 100 yards up from Emser) was closed Saturdays. The sales guy was clueless. He told me tile was $1/sq ft that ended up being closer to $4. None of their tile was marked with prices, but he told me it was mostly under $4. I picked a fairly plain one. It took him 10 Minutes just to tell me the price and it was closer to $7. Usually even at a tile outlet if you tell them what you need and your price range, they'll show you what will work for you. I left feeling like maybe what I needed was somewhere there, but without any help I would never find it. Just a waste of time."
