"I am in the process of helping a friend open a restaurant in the Dallas, TX area. The old business that used to occupy the property had some really cool ceiling tiles that we wanted to utilize in other areas through out the restaurant. We were having a hard time locating the specific ceiling tiles and feared that they may have been discontinued. I finally ended up taking some pictures of the tiles and emailing Ceilume directly for help. Enter Ben Carr... Ben responded to my inquiry within 24 hours and hit the nail on the head with the tile we were looking for. In addition, since the pictures I took did not accurately reflect the color of the tiles, Ben offered to send some ceiling tile color samples free of charge! The few other times I reached out to Ben it seems like he would respond within the hour. Their website states "Legendary Customer Service." Based on what I have experienced thus far, I would have to agree. Thanks again Ben and the Ceilume crew for the assistance. I would definitely recommend this company wholeheartedly to anyone looking for ceiling tiles."
