"A complete RIP-OFF! They would not disclose ANY prices for anything to us when we went there upon the direction of our contractor. The products took months to come in. The bill from the plumber and contractor were astronomical. Two niches were delivered. I tried to get credit for the unused one and Keller Supply refused to refund the cost to me and told me to go through the exorbitant plumber (we will NEVER use again). I asked them to give me the niche back and they refused. (I was hoping to sell it on eBay to recover some of the cost. When the product arrived, some pieces were missing. When we got the bill, the plumber claims the cost of the shower fixtures was OVER $5,000 (faucet, knob, shower head, hand-held, solid-surface sides, niche - NO DOOR and NO LABOR INCLUDED IN THAT PRICE). We told them the budget when we went there to choose our fixtures. They DO NOT CARE. And to make matters worse, some of the expensive fixtures in our wayyyy-too-expensive shower are now beginning to RUST. We have taken a total of 6 showers. SIX. That's it. And the drain cover is rusting. Never, ever, EVER will I come to this place again. Total scam!"
