"I stopped by shortly before Christmas and was looking for some supplies for making Japanese fish prints. One of the employees spent about ten minutes helping me find what I wanted and was able to explain details about the purchases as I am not an artist. Products are high quality and they have most of what an artist needs. They are helpful and knowledgeable and willing to take time to help customers."

Not as extensive as the location in northwest Portland, but there is still a very good selection of a large variety of art supplies to full the needs of first-time artists to the seasoned professional. There is also a very good selection of Matt board as well as a variety of ink and paper large enough to warm the heart of almost any calligrapher. There are also storage containers of various descriptions for photographers to store their prints to keep them dust and moisture free."

"Went for the first time with a friend who needed a few things and wanted to see the store instead of ordering online. This location didn't have the same breadth of products as their downtown location (or web) so a couple items on my friends list could not be found here. One nice thing is if you become a member of their customer program they will honor web prices in store. Actually had enough staff to help within the aisles to answer questions and quickly lead to needed products. Overall great experence"
