"I ordered 3 items that were on sale and was told they would be in on Tuesday and that they would call me when they arrived. I did not receive a call so I called them on Wednesday and was told they were in. I was unable to pick them up until Friday. When I picked them up I was charged full price. I was told that the sale went off on Thursday and did not even get an apology but they did apply a$5.00 coupon. I still paid $30.00 more than I should have. I will not shop there again!"
"I really needed a telescopic basin wrench to replace a kitchen faucet, the rather large bolt holding the ancient relic in place was in a very tight spot and I was not able to reach anything in to undo that said bolt, so a relative went to pick me up some tools and the guy helping her instead of a basin wrench, he sold her a adjustable combination wrench, which is unable to returned due to nature of item, theirs a little card on the tool saying so, great considering it was 27 dollars and it's not usable and i still need a basin wrench, I actually talked to the guy over the phone because he wanted to make sure he got all the right things, I don't know how explaining that a nut i needed a telescopic basin wrench for because it was unreachable turned into me just needing a adjustable wrench, which i have, great service guys"
"Will never spend another dime at this store. Chris, the "manager" that allegedly helped me with my paint order was horrible. Assured me that the color I wanted was available, he just had to "mix" it. The color compared to what I wanted was nowhere CLOSE to what I requested. No offer to even open up the gallon of paint after to show me that it is in fact, the correct color. I got home only to find out that the color was not what I requested/ordered. I went back 48 hours to correct this issue, only to find out the paint color I requested was never "in stock". However, I was assured by Chris that it was. Didn't offer a refund, didn't own up to his error or do ANYTHING to remedy the situation. I was shocked to see the level of customer service they pride themselves in.. So disappointed. I would give them 0 stars if I could."
"I find it REALLY IRRITATING when you call to find out if they have a product in stock. Then the employee only checks the computer and says yes, they do have it. But, they don't bother to go look on the shelf to make sure... I made about a 45 minute / 1 hour round trip for nothing. All I got was "sorry"... Pretty poor customer service...."
