"One star is WAY too many. First of all when we bought the mattress we were told 48 hour delivery, which turned into 9 days. THEN, they delivered our mattress to another customer who said they had already slept on it, yeah, it's an expensive mattress and the people who received our mattress were obviously smart enough to know that. We have now waited 16 days for the replacement mattress promised to be delivered tomorrow and they can't tell us if they have received it yet to deliver it tomorrow. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. Don't buy a mattress from these people! To top off a bad situation, their attitude is well, people make mistakes. No apology, no, how can we make it right? Kinda like, we have your money and we don't give a rip."

"We bought a mattress at a competitor. It was great on the sales floor but HORRIBLE at home. They swore it would break in in a month or two but since my husband and I both have back issues we couldn't do that. They refused to help us, we were stuck with a bad mattress. We gave it to our daughter (who really needed a new mattress so was grateful to get it) We told our sales person, Tamara about this and she was very understanding, helpful and got our new Purple mattress to us by the NEXT DAY! Last night we slept great! Thank you Tamara and Mattress Firm for having Purple on the show room floor! (The other store did not so we didn't get to try one originally) Highly recommend!"

I came in for a mattress protector and ended up with that protector and a new pillow. I’m very thankful for the awesome knowledgeable staff that you’ve put at this location.
