"Needed to drop off a package at a UPS Access Point here because every other Access Points closed too early to accommodate my schedule. Unfortunately, I didn’t make it there until 15 minutes or so after they closed. However, not only did they answer their phone after business hours(extremely rare in my experience), they came out and unlocked the front door and took my package for me. Much appreciated Travis!!"
"Stuff was moved around, yet again. Eventually I was able to find what I was looking for. The cart corral was almost empty along with when store... I was disappointed to see the '40% off regular priced item' coupon is now only 40% off. Not sure when that happened. I did find what I went there for, plus some stuff I probably didn't need, and didn't find some stuff I was hoping to find there. That's ok though, no one had it in the size we needed so we went to basically next door to Lowe's and did our plan B. Overall the parts of the store I went to were clean and the employees I did have contact with were pleasant. The men's room was even cleaner than normal. Will shop there again, mostly because I'm a former employee (well over a decade ago) who left on good terms and *always* feel weird/traitorous going into Craft Warehouse."
"Great selection overall staff was a little aggressive and persistent when asking me if I need help finding anything you can only say no thank you just being nicey so many time. Other then that I enjoyed the wood working section one of the biggest selections I've seen yet impressive....I will definitely be returning in the near future.. just hopefully less over friendly staff next time fingers crossed"
