My hair is not straight but also it does not curl, it have that weird spring texture that can't hold a comb twist but it will get a nice rounded afro. I actually met Brenda after seeing a person at work with nice dreads and I ask him who made them, at that time my dreads were box braids that were interlocked at the base and I hated them.
