"I booked the appointment by phone in advance. When I arrived, I saw Tony sitting in his chair but he did not even look at me. I greeted him respectfully anyway and introduced my name then we talked about how I would like to have my hair done which was more of strait cut than lots of layers. He agreed and he started to straighten my hair and then he used thinning scissor to thin my hair to lots of layers. I kept telling him politely that it was not what I wanted. He stoped and told me with a rude tone that's how he learned to cut woman hair and if I did not like it I should go find another place to cut my hair and he asked me to leave. So I went home with half of my hair done which was totally a mess. This is one rude guy and I am not sure about his skill. This kind of doing business should not be existed in America."
