"I had an appointment at one location, they texted and asked to move my appointment to another date and location. I agreeed, but told them I could only do this one specific date because I was leaving on vacation. I showed up to the location/date/time THEY picked and they were closed!!!!!!! I drove 40 mins for nothing. I called them multiple times , both locations and texted both numbers they had texted my from and never heard back from anyone. So rude and inconsiderate. Wonder what they would charge me if I no showed my appt. Hypocrites."

"Easily the worst eyebrow experience i’ve had. They didn’t ask me any questions about my skin or cosmetics. (I am prescribed a vitamin D gel that must interfere with waxing) Proceeded to sugar off my eyebrow and a bunch of skin. Asked her if my eyelid was still there and she joked that it was all there. Didn’t tell me until it was too late that i had lost a lot of skin and would scab. They had me pay full price for the eyebrows. Really disappointed."

"First time seeing Chelsea and they were great! I have very difficult leg hair and there's usually spots I have to tweeze after, but not this time. They did an amazing job. There were very few leftover hairs. I didn't have to tweeze at all, which is a first for me in the 2 years I've been waxing/sugaring. The next day, my sensitive skin is smooth with very little irritation. That's a huge win for me as I usually have irritation for a day or two after. Will definitely be going back to Chelsea every time."

"Super pleasant experience. I had previously been waxing at home, so this was waaaay worth it for time, efficiency, and comfort. Jenna did both underarm and basic bikini sugaring for me and was friendly, efficient, professional, and excellent at checking in with me throughout on my comfort level. It's not a painless procedure, but is probably the least painful way to do it. The Division location is clean but not clinical, smells really good, and has a lively yet chill vibe. Every staff member I interacted with was excellent. I've already scheduled my follow-up appointment."
