"worst haircut I never had. made an appointment for today at noon (kept repeating myself "the 11th at noon") and had to call twice bc she only cuts women's hair M-Th so I took time off work, spent two hours on two different busses, and when I finally arrived the salon was closed, tried calling but I guess it's a landline so I left, this place is open at 11 so I had to leave an hour before open to make it on time for my appointment, very disappointed with lack of communication and not able to keep the appointments they make"
"Best damn haircut in portland!! Currently $15 (no cards accepted) tons of attention to detail. She has been in the same location for 22 years and counting. Call ahead to schedule an appt, normal hours start at 11:30"
