"-Unacceptable- Made my appointment 3 days in advance. Inquired in-person 5 days prior. Arrived to my appointment on time only to be turned down because the hair stylist didn't feel comfortable doing my 4C natural hair. Manager offered to do it for me but told me to wait 2 hours. 2 hours became 3 hours, became 4 hours, became offering to do it sometime in the week 4 days later. I was there long enough to make a friend who was also waiting past their appt, have lunch with them. No one from the salon called me to schedule anything or a follow-up. I essentially showed up, wasted 5hours of my Saturday and went back home with nothing to show for it."
