"I went in for a fill and the lady who did my nails would have left them all misshapend. I had to keep asking her to fix them with little progress. At the end of what seemed like hours, she didn't put on a second coat on one of my hands. I tried to tell her and even showed her how thin the color was and she only applied a second coat to my thumb! No top coat! I was so over it I just paid and left. A few days later my nails look worse and are already snagging my hair."
