"When you enter the salon the first thing that stands out is how dirty the place is. Next is the way you are treated by the staff. The one assigned to me was rude, did not take the time to listen, and had so much attitude. The bowl with acetote that she put out was so dirty and stained that I dont think its ever been washed. I was not able to tolerate the service for more than 7 min, I ended up leaving and going to another salon. I won't be surprised if this place closes for unsanitary purposes. The poor reviews on this place are true. Don't make the mistake I did."

"I ask for a foot pedicure (no Polish) due to upcoming surgery) not realizing the young man didn’t speak one word of English. A customer next to me handed me a laminated sheet listing what they offer. It look like a menu with side orders. Not bothering to study the menu/services offered I ended up with the worse pedicure I‘ve ever had. There was NO Exfoliating, No Buffing or Filing & of course no extra time needed for polishing. I called the next day to ask why he only clipped my nails & nothing else. The manager/owner Sand said “you pay $10.00 more for everything”. I would have gladly paid if I had known. Surgery was the following morning so no time to go back in. Due to the Language Barrier & no one to explain their ‘menu’ it was a waste of money & generous tip. DO NOT GO THERE & Waste your Time & Money!"

"Horrible place to go do your nails, they treat u bad , I’m so sore from my pinky she just rips my other nails I had , and I thought this was be a good place but it was a horrible place to do your nails or wax for eyebrow she literally just put so much pressure in my head when she was doing my eyebrows move my head like bad when she could of just tell me move this side but no I would never go this place again"

"My 16 year old went here to have her acrylic nails professionally removed. Nail tech did not soak nails or apply any substance to aid in removal, she simply ripped her nails off! My daughter is in a lot of pain. Rude when I called to ask what happened, unwilling to explain or take responsibility. Don't go here!"
