"I am newer to town and I picked this shop because it was convenient. We had great results with the initial barber we used for a kids cut. After our first barber moved out of state, we scheduled with Charles, and he did a wonderful job with my 8 year old. The shop is always clean and there are several folks working at any given time. Everyone has been personable."

"I had my hair cut here for the first time today. This review will be on the atmosphere inside the shop as well as the stylist, Jamie. The experience overall was the best I've ever had while getting my hair cut. Over the years I've very picky about who cuts my hair and what shops I go to due to my anxiety as well as sensory issues (getting overstimulated easily in busy/noisy shops.)This shop was pretty quiet, they had music playing and the other stylists & barbers were talking to their clients but I didn't feel overwhelmed because the noise level was pretty mild. The only "loud" thing in the shop was the stationary vacuum device that another stylist used to sweep the hair into. Jamie was super nice, she didn't force small talk but when I asked about the photos of her dogs she was happy to talk about them. She had gentle and steady hands, I didn't feel like my head was being attacked like I've experienced at other shops in the past. The trim/haircut was exactly what I asked for and her prices/rates are very affordable. I will probably be a return customer. "Cut done on 02-7-23 Not at all what I asked for furthermore with the style I asked for the sides should be the same length but there is about a 1&1/2” to 2” difference. I asked for about 1” off the top and got about 3” cut off. At this point because he cut the right size so short, my only choice is to shave my head to get rid of this horrible haircut. I will be asking for a refund. I will not return to this establishment and I will not and do not recommend it. What I asked for on the right or bottom what I got on the left or top. this cut requires both sides to be the same. Let me further explain that I have had this cut many different times, and it suits my hairstyle, which is why I have my hair cut to this style. I have never had it done this horribly though."
