"THE BEST! I could not be more pleased with the professionalism of all of the employees. Twin nails, is always clean, and I never worry about contamination from nail tools, the pedicure basin, etc. and that’s very important to me! I get great service there, and, Anthony, is a superb manicurist. His powder dip is perfection. He takes the time to make sure that my nails are perfectly shaped and the powder dip is not too thick at the edges so that it looks fake. I pass five or six nail salons on my drive to Twin nails. But, I wouldn’t go anywhere else. I’ve had my fill of nail salons where I am rushed, and where they were not paying attention to detail. I highly recommend Twin Nails…."

"I went here after being unhappy with the last place that did my nails in Portland. I explained to Ren what happened and he was awesome. He fixed them, made them look how I wanted and even told me what the last person did wrong and why they ended up looking the way they did. I have a trip coming up in a few days and I’m so happy my nails look nice for it."

"I have a mixed review. I called to make a appointment for my daughter and I. We wanted to get different things done. Said what I wanted over the phone. Lady repeated it back to me before hanging up. Got to our appointment and had us down for only one of the correct things. My daughter had to wait almost 45 min to get her nails done. Mind you she is 10 and this was a special treat. I got a pedicure which was very nice. They didn't start on my daughters nails until I was done. So I got a eyebrow wax while I was waiting. I thought it hurt more than normal but it's been awhile. The technician did an excellent job on my daughter's nails. They are beautiful. Got home and looked in the mirror because my eyes hurt and noticed when I got waxed the technician took off skin too. So good at nails and pedicure. Make sure they understand what you want to make a appointment for before getting off phone."
