"Went in to self check out and bought my items and got cash back.. the lady at self check out looking over my shoulder told me I couldn't pull out that much. Only 100$ No where is it posted the amount I can pull and it let's me get 300$ so she decided to belittle me and cause a scene when I simply asked where does it say that. I'm not a mind reader??"

"I just moved into the Centennial neighborhood and this store is what’s closest to me now. 1/13/24 around 5:30pm I stopped into the store during the snow/wind storm to buy a few necessities for my new home like dish soap. I was dressed in several bulky layers to keep warm so definitely not dressed in my most presentable attire. I paid for my items at self check out. These items were small enough to fit in my tote purse so I did not pay for a bag. I grabbed my receipt and went on my way. At the door on the NE side of the store stood an older man dressed in a yellow coat with a Fred Meyer name tag checking receipts. My ride was waiting right outside the store for me so I did not wait in line to have my receipt checked as it’s an elective procedure inside of Fred Meyer - unlike Costco, where I pay a membership fee and understand that having my receipt checked before exiting the store is part of their policy. So to the man at the door in the yellow coat who treated me like a criminal for refusing to disclose the items that I paid for in a store that I have the free will to come and go from as a I please, please know that I will never show my receipt to any door greeter or security guard at a store where I have the freedom to enter and exit without policy. I hope your lawyers who are more expensive than anybody I’ve ever spoken to can back up the way you’ve treated a paying customer - the way I was dressed does not indicate the kind of money I make, which I can promise you is more than your door greeter position. Bless your heart. 2/5/2024 I was harassed once again today on the NE side of the store. This time by a rent a cop security guard who was so offended by my decision to not be a sheep that he called me ignorant. I decided to go back in to show him as a boost to his tiny ego. The guy went on and on trying to convince me of the lie that I must show my receipt. He asked how much money I make after I ragged on his unskilled position of guarding a storefront. Guy smells like he’s straight out of prison."

"The jewelers department has the rudest employees. I don’t recommend buying from them or having your jewelry serviced here. The wood village location is much better and the customer service is light years better than the location on 148th and division."
