"Friendly, helpful, yet over-worked staff so please be patient with them, as they are being patient with you. They've got a bit of everything but don't be surprised if the shelves are not over-abundantly stocked. There's a pandemic, shipping shortages, and staff working as hard as they can to keep up during these tough times, all for low wages. Please be kind and set a healthy example for other shoppers."

"I almost gave 3 stars due to the extreme lack of inventory the last couple months. However, that has nothing to do with the employees, or the store really. It's like that everywhere because of outside issues with shipping these days..... not because of those working retail. Even with the new stresses they face at work everyday..... The employees at the SE 122nd and Powell store continue to smile, be helpful to customers and make my shopping experience there the best one possible. Thank you Dollar Tree staff!"
