"We went to the Verizon store yesterday to ask about our plan and hopefully cutting some cost to it. We had the best customer service we have ever had with Jake. Jake took the time to explain so many things to us. He acknowledged other customers, but he made us feel like we were his main priority and he was there to help in any way possible. We walked out with 3 new phones and 2 IPads and an amazing monthly bill. If you don’t know much about cell phones, but need a trustworthy person to help you navigate your phone, phone choices, and the bill…go see Jake. Thank you Jake for your phenomenal customer service and for taking the time with us yesterday."

"So when I walked in and asked about a certain promotion the first person to talk to me (which I had to approach after a couple of minutes) told me I'd be better off going online... I explained I already went online and was there to get additional help. He suggested I go online again but said ok I'll get someone. After a few minutes I found the promotion being advertised and decided to look for someone myself by checking in on the mobile app. Again I waited a few minutes, getting a little frustrated because I saw some employees standing around talking to each other, before approaching one. He said he thought I was looking around without even asking me anything. I proceeded to speak with the guy I approached. He seemed really bored and had quite a blah attitude about what I wanted (which surprised me because I wanted to add a line and thought he would like getting a sale). I was going to walk out but reluctantly finished my transaction."
