Henry and Otto were outstanding, Highly recommend if you need your appliance repaired, especially LG refrigerators which a lot of repair companies will not deal with. But Judy’s had no problem working on our LG refrigerator and they solved the problem quickly!!"

"Editing to add. I called back and got a refund but they wouldnt refund the $130 delivery i paid. Glad its gone and i got something back but buyers beware! Don't purchase appliances here... Bought a fridge for almost 600 bucks and it was delivered not working. Next day someone came out to "fix" it and it lasted overnight then went out again. I had a fridge full of freshly purchased groceries that all went to waste. The fix was right before the thanksgiving weekend, so i was without a working fridge for 5 whole days because i was told they were closed so no one could come out.. I am a stay at home mom to a 3 year old and an infant, we have only 1 income, groceries are insanly expensive and i cant afford to keep replacing everything in my fridge. BUT here I am again, with a warm fridge, and all the groceries I purchased yesterday to last this whole next week ruined. Food for my toddler, wasted. I'm not happy. I was referred here and I would absolutely never recommend going here. They need to make this right, and stop selling lemons! Lucky me they don't even open until tomorrow so I get to go another weekend with no fridge and food going bad inside it while my kid is wanting to eat. Way to go Judy's appliances! BEWARE."

"I bought a washer and dryer from them several years ago, it was great. I moved and needed a new set and I went back to them. I recently had issues with the dryer and paid for a service tech to come out. The first tech spoke very little English and left without saying anything. I had to call to get another guy out and then was told me the 220 outlet needed repaired. I called an electrician to fix it and the dryer still didn’t get hot. After a week of calls and back and forth a a guy came today, again spoke little English. He tells me to only use certain settings on the dryer. It only heats up for a minute or two then stops. It runs with just air. Doesn’t fix a single thing. Here less than 10 minutes. I’m exhausted trying to get any type of quality service from someone that will listen when I show them the issue. I paid the tech fee and after several times and me paying an electrician I still do not have a working dryer. I’m going to try one more time tomorrow before I get pissed. Maybe a 5th time will be a charm. I just want the working dryer I paid to have fixed."

"Replaced a fridge that was leaking. Came with 6 month warranty. At month 8 the ice maker broke. Fridge made crazy noises. Now two years in it’s leaking also. I don’t trust their refurbished work at all. Would not buy from them again."

"I had great service purchasing a washer and dryer, but after determining that the location would not be able to house the dryer i called for a refund. I was informed my $169 purchase would have a $75 restocking fee. The dryer NEVER left the facility. $75 is a LOT for a visa restocking fee. Having a business myself I know this is highway robbery. I will NEVER recommend you. In less than 24 hours you made $75 off me when I made good efforts to contact you. VERY poor policy"
