"Really disappointed with the selection they have now. It seems like it's been reduced by 3/4. It's clean, but the staff isn't as helpful and attentive as the previous staff. I went looking for four items that would have been there before and aren't there now, e.g. any kind of glue..lamp selection...tile variety... A disappointment all the way around."

"Made a trip into the store 12th St. location in Salem Oregon asking specifically if they took windows that I had giving a full description of what I had getting off work early to make a trip before their donation center closed just to be told they do not take what they just told me they took poor communication. Waste of my time."
"Found a lot of useful items for my project and saved a ton of money. Paid by the pound for some things. Huge space. Staff was helpful. Only a few items were priced too high for a salvage thrift store. Donations coming in while I was there, so best to check periodically."
