"I was visiting from another state in hopes of finding some Air Force 1’s for my brother. When my sisters and I walked in, no one greeted us or acknowledged us. I had to go up to two boys who were taking pictures and were on their phones. When I told them what shoes I was looking for, he pointed to another boy who came up to me and said “What happened?” No professionalism nor good customer service. The kids working there are not suitable for retail and are NOT welcoming. We did not buy shoes nor would I have bought them given the TERRIBLE customer experience. If I could give 0 stars, I would."
