After checkout we saw that she only took of 10% and asked, she said she didn’t know how to explain, she did not have the 15% off discount right now just the 10. Very bad service!"

"we walked into the store today (Monday 01/02/2023 @6:46pm) and got told to turn around because they’re “not letting people in anymore” and they said they closed at 7pm when online it says they close at 8pm. Even if they did close at 7pm, I still had a few minutes to purchase items quickly and go. I already knew what I wanted and they still wouldn’t let me shop. Very disappointing considering we drove from Seattle to come shop here. They should edit their hours online and stop wasting people’s time."

"No longer shop from this store, or this company in general. I am still in Shake, could not believe how store manager treat my 5year old son, when he tripped and hit his forehead against close shelf and had him bleed, she didn't bother to check on him bit, urged to go ahead and disinfect area. we have to beg them to give us little bandage. We asked to give us manager or supervisor info, she refused to give us. so we have to take him to emergency next day, glue on his forehead. This store must act, treat customer and action must be taken. , it's unfit to see that types of manager in nations brand, manager should perform better to keep companies value."
