"I ordered delivery. When my food got to me, it wasn't what I had ordered and some of the food was old and crunchy. My drink was watered down. I called and they kept answering and hanging up. Finally the lady answered and told me the reason she gave me the wrong food was because they were out of what I had ordered. Refused to refund me."
"Just did a review the other day for a different Burger King about how amazing they were for cooking a Whopper during breakfast time. They're supposed to cook Whoppers during breakfast time, but some locations don't want to do it. Just ran into that at this location. She looked at other people like she was checking to see if it was okay to say no and then told me the broiler was broken and they couldn't do whoppers right now. That on top of the fact that the roof is leaking into the lobby and multiple locations... Definite one star."
"Website, online mobile order and Google all say they open at 6am. Ordered my mobile order at 6:15am. Got there to pick it up at 6:30am. Crickets. Lights on, drive through signs on and not one person there. If your times are wrong in all these sites, change them so customers know. McDonalds was open across the street and got my money instead."
