"Love this place! Gluten free options available and the staff and food is amazing! Finding a table is sometimes a challenge during the busy times but there is plenty of seating outdoors and they have outdoor heaters."
"I gave 3 stars because as a server for nearly half my life I never asked or expected a tip. We went through the drive-through, got our food and drinks to go, and we were asked by the employee there if we would be giving a tip today. We declined and explained because of how expensive things are, and the fact that you are now asking for tips in my opinion as a server I would never ask or expect. It makes the customer feel obligated, and that’s not right. My orders have been messed up quite a few times are missing things and I was charged for it. I brought it to their attention, but no remedy ever came from it. I am not one to complain. But feel the employees should not ask for tips ever."
"A group of us enjoyed breakfast and coffee here every morning during our long weekend in Medford. Breakfast burrito was solid and so were the made from scratch biscuits and gravy."
"My friend and I came there for lunch and ordered 2 breakfast burritos. We had found something silver in his burrito, but we just set it aside and continued, only for him to find 2 small white hairs in his burrito. This cause me to check mine, and I found 3 additional white hairs in my burrito. The active manager gave us a refund and offered to make new food, which was nice, but we had lost all confidence in future product. I'm not sure if one of the cooks had a dog and was wearing a shirt from home or if the food and or environment had proper procedures to keep the food safe and sanitary. Just thought people should be aware."
"A very solid choice for breakfast in Jacksonville! The food is not extraordinary, but it is a much better than average breakfast spot. I do have to say that the amount of avocado that I paid $2 extra for was pretty shameful. (One thin slice.) The coffee choices are creative and yummy. The veggie scramble was very flavorful. And the dining room and outdoor patio are both very pleasant."
