Pizza Hut

"I paid 31.72 for one the wrong order and a tiny personal size pizza and 6 wings that were wrong and then tried to be fixed I got Buffalo and they put honey BBQ but realized it was wrong and slapped some Buffalo on top just a drizzle tho pizza was wrong also! This pizza hut used to be the best in town now its gone down hill."

"I suppose I should have looked at the reviews before deciding to purchase food from this location. On the only positive note a sign on the window of this location said "hiring all positions" so possibly they are aware of their shortcomings. Out of the two pizzas I ordered only one was cut. This isn't a huge deal, because people can forget things but it's an inconvenience, and couples with the other issues to make it to where I won't spend money here again. The pizzas were undercooked, making for a doughy and tomato paste taste with cold toppings. I've read other reviews of "undercooked" so this isn't an isolated incident but rather a reoccurring theme. This might tie into the "hiring all positions" sign I referenced earlier. With inflation and stagnant wages, this was an almost complete waste of $25 (almost only because I did recieve a product, it was just subpar). I wouldn't recommend this location, unless you want to gamble with your money and time. 0 stars."

"So, I'm thinking I will stop by Central Point Pizza Hut for a quick order...not gonna happen there. They were short staffed, orders way backed up, and...when I asked about their special $7 deal, they knew nothing about it. I waited & waited for someone to take my order & finally she came to the counter & told me to order online. Due to the location, my phone wouldn't pick up so I went to Lil Cesars instead :)"

"I love pizza hut. But this pizza hut is terrible! Atleast it was tonight. I ordered two pizzas through pizza hut directly. I got one. The delivery driver couldn't get ahold of them. I couldn't get ahold of them (by phone) and the pizza hut corporate couldn't either. The driver drove back and the kid wouldn't give him my pizza until the driver insisted on it. I got my second pizza and hour later and cold. The driver said there were two teenagers working there. The phone was ringing and noone answered (while he was there) and a lobby full of customers who were all annoyed because they weren't being helped either. That info was from the delivery driver himself. Try the medford one. It's so much better!"

"If I could give no stars I would. I called to place a order for delivery. First time I called I heard someone then all quite so I just hung up. Second time I called I spoke to someone placed an order for delivery. Wasn't told how long it would be I called them back and was on hold for 10 minutes so I hung up. My husband then called and we were put on hold for 15 minutes or more so we just hung up. Pizza never got delivered. Pizza hut has gone way downhill"
